Slow roasted beef rib meat, oven-roasted chicken and grilled vegetables with corn and flour tortillas, cilantro lime rice, Mexican rice, frijoles charros and black beans. Salsas included: chile de arbol, roasted spicy salsa and pico de gallo - all served with fresh chips. Included condiments: sour cream, shredded jack cheese and shredded cabbage.
